Bianchi Oltre XR4 CV Disc frameset, black/celeste
The main change compared to the classic Oltre XR4 is the change in the head part, where the diameter of the head composition has changed to 1.5"-1.5" due to the use of fully integrated Vision Metron 5D ACR handlebars, in which the brake hoses pass through the inside of the stem directly into the frame, so when using the electronics kit, no external wiring is visible. When using classic shifting, only the brake hoses go inside the frame. The frame continues to benefit from Countervail® vibration canceling technology.
There are, of course, many reasons for using disc brakes, but the most important ones include the same braking effect and braking intensity in all weather conditions, as well as the possibility to use wider tires and thus achieve higher comfort while driving as well as better grip.
