Long and fast descents require a lot of confidence in the performance of the braking system. The new Dura-Ace brakes create it precisely with their new design and construction. Two symmetrically located joints, two bearings and two axes of rotation, which reduces friction and increases the efficiency of the brakes and their controllability.
- Stroke adjustment (at the lever) - axis located closer to the palm for a better grip with smaller hands and for smoother brake control.
- New composition of brake blocks - higher braking force in the wet (by 210% in the wet, by 120% in the dry).
