Shimano 105 BRR7000 front rim brake
The new Shimano 105 BR-R7000 dual pivot brakes - Perfect balance between stiffness, light weight and braking performance.
Race proven performance: Shimano 105 BR-R7000-F Brake Caliper
Two braking options now exist for riders at 105 R7000 level - mechanical rim brakes or hydraulic disc brakes. Hydraulic road disc brakes in the new 105 line-up add an extra element of control and confidence to brake performance in tough (weather) conditions.Coming with the high-end aesthetic and race characteristics of its Dura-Ace and Ultegra big brothers, the new 105 series also considers that most riders will use their bikes for purposes other than competitive racing. 105 is Shimano’s first level 11-speed groupset for those who are seriously committed to road bike riding, but that definition now becomes broader with the inclusion of superior handling and adaptable control to master different riding situations.

WARNING
- Because each bicycle may handle slightly differently depending on the model, learn the proper braking technique (including pressure on the brake lever and bicycle control characteristics) and operation of your bicycle. Improper use of the bicycle's brake system may result in a loss of control or fall, which could lead to serious injury.
- Do not disassemble or modify the product. It may cause the product to not operate correctly, and you may fall unexpectedly and be seriously injured.
- Do not apply the front brake too strongly. If you do, the front wheel may lock and the bicycle may topple forward, and serious injury may result.
- Because the required braking distance will be longer during wet weather, reduce your speed. Apply the brakes early and gently. You may fall or collide and be seriously injured.
- Wet road surfaces may cause the tires to lose traction. To avoid this, reduce your speed and apply the brakes early and gently. If the tires do happen to lose traction, you may fall and be seriously injured.
- Do not allow any oil or grease to get onto the brake shoes. If the bicycle is ridden with oil or grease on the brake shoes, the brakes may not work correctly, and serious injury could result due to a fall or collision.
- Do not use the brake cable if it is rusty, frayed, or cracked. Otherwise, the brakes may not function correctly.
