Front disc brake, 4-piston caliper, improved version B1, line length 850 mm, black color.

The Sram Guide B1 brake comes with even more power, which was good, but in addition, two basic things were improved - better adjustment of the brake lever and the caliper was also redesigned, now bearing the S4 designation. We can finally say with certainty that there is nothing left of the old and problematic Avid brakes.

The main advantage of the new S4 caliper is the Bleeding Edge™, which folds down with the added adapter for easier bleeding and fluid refilling. Related to this are modified and simpler fluid distributions inside the caliper, including improved seals. The reason is simple - prevention of liquid aeration and better cooling.

The wheel for adjusting the distance of the lever from the handlebars was also redesigned, which now has a simpler and more certain step and fits better in the hand.
