- While riding, always be careful to pay attention to the bicycle computer display. Otherwise, you may have an accident.
- Before riding the bicycle, check that the front and rear lights can be turned on.

- Remove the battery and charging cable before carrying out wiring work or mounting parts to the bicycle. Not doing so may result in electric shock.
- Be sure to follow the instructions in the manuals when installing the product. We recommend that you use genuine SHIMANO parts. If screws and nuts become loose or damaged, the bicycle may suddenly topple over, and this may result in serious injury.
- Do not leave this product in an extremely high-temperature environment, such as in a closed vehicle on a hot day or near a heater. This may lead to the built-in battery exploding, or flammable liquid or gas leaking from it.
- Do not subject this product to extremely low air pressure. This could cause the built-in battery to explode, or flammable liquid or gas to leak from it. Air transport of this product is not a problem.

- When disposing of this product, be sure to follow all federal, state, and local environmental regulations, as it contains a battery. Disposing of this product in a fire or a hot oven, or mechanically crushing or cutting it, may result in the built-in battery exploding.
