CTM SKAUT EN Pro 29 bike
A powerful full-suspension bike, with which you can easily handle regular off-road riding and day-long trips in the mountains. Equipment with a good ratio of performance and endurance.
Aluminium frame
Lighter, relatively durable and stiff material that is affordable. The most widespread material for the production of bicycle frames.
Hydraulic disc brakes
Reliable in all conditions, better modulation of the braking effect with the use of less force on the lever. Heavier weight, more demanding service.
Air fork
The best option in terms of weight and comfort. Provides more adjustment options (rebound, compression). Requires regular service - the service cycle is specified by the manufacturer.
Air shock
When buying a bicycle, it is necessary to set it to the required pressure according to the weight of the rider (specified by the manufacturer of the shock absorber, a shop assistant can also help you). Can provide several ride and suspension adjustment options. Requires regular check-up and is also more demanding to service. Compared to the spring one, it is significantly lighter.
29” wheels
The advantage is better terrain passability, better rolling and traction. However, they are heavier, which also applies to tires.

All bicycles at the MTBIKER shop are new, not-ridden, from an official distributor and with a full warranty. Several brands even offer a lifetime warranty on the frame after registration. We perform all warranty services in MTBIKER stores after personal delivery or after sending the bike (or its part) by courier.
- The bicycle is taken out of the manufacturer's box
- The bicycle is assembled, inspected and adjusted (front and rear derailleur, shock, fork, wheels,...)
- The bicycle is carefully packaged back into a box and shipped
- If you order a bike for in-person pick-up or home delivery, the bike will be waiting for you assembled and checked
- If you order a bicycle via courier to your home address, the following must be done at home:
- Take the bike out of the box and carefully remove safety material and foils
- Mount handlebar to stem (1 minute, 4 or 5 mm hex hey is needed).
- Mount front wheel to fork (1 minute, without the need of any tools if the bike has a quick release).
- Loosen the screws in the headset, straighten the stem with the front wheel, tighten the upper screw on the fork and then tighten the headset (2 minutes, 4 or 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Mount the pedals to the cranks while lubricating the thread and carefully mounting it the right way (1 minute, 8 mm hex key or 15 mm wrench).
- Mount seat post to frame (10 seconds, without needing any tools if the frame has a quick link).
- Inflate the tires or fork and shock to desired pressure (2 minutes, pump needed).
- Check the tightening of hex keys and quick-releases (2 minutes, 4 and 5 mm hex key is needed).
- Go for a test drive! Handle your bicycle carefully until you get used to it. If the bike has disc brakes, their performance will be limited from now on - they will gain their full power after 4-5 strong brakes at higher speed.

Neviem sa rozhodnúť medzi ním a https://www.mtbiker.sk/shop/bicykle/horske/celoodpruzene/ctm-skaut-40-29-bicykel-matna-siva-cierna-p328272.html Hľadám niečo čo vymením za moje HT ktoré už je veľmi nevhodné na zjazdy, chcel som scroll len ten už asi bude skôr zjazdovejší a potrebujem niečo čo bude dobré aj do kopcov prípadne na celodenný výlet po horách. Občasné menšie skoky a často ťažký terén, skaly mimo chodníčky a podobne. Potreboval by som poradiť, prípadne aj iná alternatíva do 2500€

tak ako pisete, Skaut bude urcite oproti Scrollu ovela lepsia volba na celodenne vylety - v podstate podobne je ladeny aj tento Skaut EN - disponuje oproti klasickemu Skautu robustnejim osadenim (vidlica, plaste), je tak ladeny aj do tazsieho enduroveho terenu - danou je opat ako to uz byva o nieco vyssia hmotnost. Takze je to aj o preferenciach - pri trailovom jazdeny na lokalnych trailoch, Enduro tratiach, prip. sem-tam bikepark urcite lepsia volba toto Skaut EN prevedenie, pre dlhsievylety, celodenky a AM jazdenie po horach potom klasicky Skaut.

Chcel by som sa opýtať kúpil som si tento bike a vidlicu mám nafúkanú na 75 psi a tlmič na 250 psi a preferovaný sag je 30% a ak tak keď sim skákal som dostal tú gumičku skoro na spod ale keď som skúšal nafúkať tlmič na viac ako na 250 tak mi praskla pumpa na koľko si mám nafúkať tlmič a vidlicu a čo mám robiť aby mi nepraskla pumpa aj nabudúce

aku pumpu ste pouzivali?
Ano, tlmic by mal byt nafukany cca. na sag 28-32% (aj v zavislosti od typologie vyjazdov, jazdeckeho stylu), max. tlak je indikovany vzdy na tele tlmica.

Používal som pumpu od foxu ale neviem presný model a jazdím enduro park a skoky a ešte váha je 65kg

pri takej hmotnosti by nemal byt potrebny privelky tlak - pokial ste si isty, ze pumpa bola v poriadku, a tlmic bude pri spravnom tlaku aj tak primakky, tak odporucame reklamaciu.

jedna sa o mid-level komponenty s jednoduchsim, ale spolahlivym tlmiacim systemom, ktore su konstrukcne vhodne aj do tazsieho terenu, vratane tazsich EN trailov.
