The BBT-118 puller is a robust tool, made of precision-machined 4140 steel, designed for the disassembly and assembly of selected bicycle components with an 8-tooth clamping notch. It is designed for compatibility with any bottom bracket with the appropriate clamping notch. The tool has an extra deep body to accommodate extra wide axles, and low-profile walls at the engagement point for recessed circlips. With three connection methods – 3/8" square drive, 1" hex socket and 36 mm flat wrench parts – you can handle even the most blocked components. Not intended for use with impact wrenches.

  • Drive options: 3/8" square drive, 1" hex drive, 36 mm flats for wrench
  • Installs and removes Shimano® Octalink® drive-side bottom bracket shells
  • Installs and removes ISIS Drive bottom bracket shells (including Truvativ® and Bontrager®)
  • Installs and removes chainring lockring for Bosch® Gen 3, Gen 4 and Gen 5 electric bike systems
  • Installs and removes the chainring lockring for Specialized® Levo Brose electric bike systems
  • 8 notches with a nominal inner diameter of 37.6 mm and an outer diameter of 42.7 mm
  • Internal space: 31.14 mm (1.226") depth x 22.48 mm (0.885") diameter
