Unique features
Thanks to a special additive that is used in aircraft engines, among other things, CyclOn was able to produce hot wax with unique properties. Dry lubricant is not only dirt-repellent, but also water-resistant. This means that hot wax can be used throughout the entire cycling season. The lubrication is extremely durable, with one lubrication, you can cycle up to 1,000 kilometers without lubrication.
Thanks to low Van der Waals interactions, the lubricant has an extremely low coefficient of friction. The grease offers long-term stable lubrication and can be used at temperatures from -30 to +100 degrees Celsius. The shear strength of a lubricant increases with increasing coefficient of friction. This phenomenon is also known as "super lubrication".
Hot wax has an extremely strong adhesion thanks to the addition of graphene. Thanks to the unique lubricating film, the chain does not suffer from boundary lubrication. Not only does this minimize component wear, it also virtually eliminates frictional resistance.

CyclOn develops and manufactures its products in Schaijk, the Netherlands. It's no different with this hot wax. You can place the handy can directly on the heat source. After waxing the chain, you can reseal the can and reuse it. The can is also large enough to use hot wax to wax several chains at once, ideal for a cyclist with multiple bikes or a service workshop. You can wax approximately 50 chains with the contents of one can.
