The Cabezon FB 4 bag from Deuter is a nice waterproof bag that will be loved by all bike travel enthusiasts. It's lightweight, just the right size, and you can easily attach it to your sparring partner's frame tube with four Velcro straps.
The zipper is also waterproof, so everything, not just your cycling gear, will stay dry even in the heaviest downpour. You can also store a windbreaker or energy gel in it without any worries.
