The combination of our two most powerful products – the Perfetto RoS jacket and the Sorpasso RoS trousers. This overall provides maximum comfort during winter rides. Why choose this unique piece? By removing the layers around the waist and straps, it ensures better comfort and the tight connection of the two parts on the waist keeps you warm and prevents cold air from entering the interior.
Upper part:
- Exclusive Castelli GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDOSTOPPER® 205 Warm in the front, is water resistant and with soft fleece on the inside.
- GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDOSTOPPER® 203 Stretch at the back, for extra elasticity and breathability.
- Taped seams on the shoulders (color 085, reflective) increase protection in the rain.
- YKK Vislon ® zipper with easy control and flap for extra wind and water resistance.
- Two zippered ventilation holes in the front on the sides.
- 2 back pockets with a compartment for a pump are easily accessible even when wearing gloves.
Lower part:
- Nano Flex 3G material provides the best combination of warmth, elasticity, softness and water resistance.
- Panels from Nano Flex Xtra Dry on the thighs and upper front part of the pants increase thermal comfort.
- Anatomic cut on hips and knees.
- Progetto X2 Air insole for increased comfort during long rides.
- Reflective panels on the ankles for improved visibility.

The new Sanremo RoS thermal suit combines two of our most comfortable and functional products: the top is based on the Perfetto RoS long-sleeve jacket, while the bottom is made up of the Sorpasso RoS pants.
If you're reading this, you're probably already familiar with both products, which offer the best combination of warmth, comfort, wind and light rain resistance while remaining lightweight and breathable.
By literally merging these two products, we added a bit of comfort, prevented cold air from entering the inside and at the same time removed some excess layers. By keeping cold air out, it can also be lighter. And in its discreet black version, you won't immediately reveal your intentions when you go on a group ride in January.
