We rode gravel before it became trendy, and we always wore our regular Castelli jerseys. The only complaint was that occasionally the branch or vine could damage the fine fabrics and after a few rides the jersey did not look good.
That was what we focused on the Fuori jersey. We have not limited anything in terms of cut, comfort, humidity control and light weight. We have used substances that provide additional protection against capture. The sleeves and shoulders are the most exposed and here we used a flexible woven fabric that fits perfectly, but is also extremely durable. The torso is closer to the traditional fabric used on jerseys, but it better resists tearing and velcro.
We don't call him a gravel jersey because he's just as home and on tarmac, but if you take him on your favorite trail, he'll definitely be better than any other road jersey and better than most off-road jerseys.
