Great t-shirt, very functional. Keeps the body temperature and dries very fast. It's great for winter but I have a filling it might be too warm for warmer weather (I don't know yet, still have to try). As a person that sweats a lot already at minimum activity it is important that a base layer "breathes" and dries fast on your body not giving you wet filling on your skin and this t-shirt is one of the best in this regard.
At 180cm and 88kg I bought size L and it fits but I think M would fit also, t-shirt is very long.
