If you're serious about running, the Forerunner 245 offers everything you need for basic to advanced training with support for in-house training and adaptive training plans > Garmin Coach.. The Forerunner 245 is enhanced with advanced running metrics and features previously found only on higher-end models. Equipped as standard with a fully-integrated optical sensor on the back of the watch, which can be expanded with an optional external heart rate monitor (chest strap) and additional ANT + sensors for running and cycling.
User interface
Intuitive buttons located around the large, bright color display provide an ideal overview of the measured data without unnecessarily covering it when operating the watch. An optional control menu in Slovak is a matter of course. Among other things, the user interface provides for possible feature enhancements, watch views, and various widgets to create original watches.
