Fenix TK26R tactical rechargeable flashlight

The Fenix TK26R tactical rechargeable flashlight with white, red and green LEDs offers a peak luminous flux of up to 1500 lumens (ANSI) in white light. It is equipped with a top LED Luminus SST-40, which in combination with a finely textured reflector creates a well- focused light cone with an afterglow of 350 meters. In addition, it is equipped with two Cree XP-E2 LEDs with red and green light with a wide light cone. The package includes a 18650 Li-ion battery with a capacity of 3500 mAh, which can be charged directly in the lamp via the USB-C connector. The robust design predestines this tactical light for harsh outdoor conditions, for professionals, armed forces and hunting. Due to its massive design, the Fenix TK26R LED light is as solid as a tank while maintaining a compact size. The lamp is powered by a digitally regulated constant current to guarantee a constant light output even when the voltage in the batteries is reduced (while they are gradually discharged).

Fenix TK26R has a total of seven lighting modes with a duration of up to 100 hours.

All lamp parameters (luminous flux, battery operation time, waterproofing, afterglow and impact resistance) are measured in accordance with the ANSI/NEMA FL 1-2009 standard.

The use:

From the factory, there may be a black insulating cap inside the lamp on the battery. Remove it before first use. To turn it on, press the larger tactical button located at the end of the lamp, for immediate activation, hold the button. By pressing the smaller button at the end of the lamp, you can switch between white light modes at any time during operation. To switch to flash mode, hold down the smaller button for about 0.5 seconds. To activate the colored light, press the third button on the side of the lamp (the lamp must be switched on). Further presses of the side button switch between red and green light. To return to white light mode, press the smaller button at the end of the lamp.

Intelligent protection against overheating - if the temperature of the lamp rises above 65°C, it will automatically reduce the power in gradual steps until its temperature stabilizes. As soon as the temperature of the lamp drops below 65°C, the power will automatically increase again to the original level.

Indication of the state of charge of the batteries - each time it is switched on, the indicator LED in the side button of the lamp is activated for three seconds. If the indicator light is green, the battery is charged to more than 85%. Green flashing means 50-85% capacity. If it lights up red, it is charged to 25-50%. Blinking red means there is less than 25% battery capacity left. (Indication works only when using Li-ion battery 18650). If the battery is discharged, the lamp will gradually automatically switch to lower power modes, in the lowest mode the indicator LED in the side button will start to flash red.

Charging the lamp - open the rubber cover of the USB-C connector on the side of the lamp and use the supplied USB cable to connect it to a computer, USB network adapter or USB car adapter (adapters are not included in the package). Any mobile phone charger with a USB-C connector can also be used for charging. During charging, the indicator LED in the side button lights up red, after full charge it lights up green. Charging a fully discharged battery takes about 3 hours. The Li-ion battery used does not suffer from a memory effect, so the light can be recharged at any time. Carefully seal the USB connector cap after each charge.

Notice:

• Use only high-quality 18650 Li-ion batteries, or CR123A so that the lamp is not damaged, for example due to the leakage of substances from the battery.

• Insert the batteries with the positive pole towards the lamp head.

• If the protective rubber rings appear damaged after a long period of use, replace them. The rings must also be lubricated to prevent rubber erosion. By following these rules, the lamp will be properly protected against water.

• If the light flickers, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The battery is almost empty - charge it.

  • The contacts inside the lamp are dirty - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.

  • The head, body or back of the lamp are loose - tighten them.
