If you have a SCOTT bicycle, you need this adapter for mounting the Shotgun Pro child seat. The Shotgun Pro spacer (supplied with the Shotgun Pro seat) replaces one of the original 5mm spacers on your bike and this Scott Syncros adapter replaces the other spacer.
This adapter is essential for the safe and correct mounting of the Shotgun Pro child seat to your bike with the Scott Syncros system.
