Rack Three is equipped with QL3 and QL3.1 system holders, so you can mount all ORTLIEB bags without any further modifications. If you only use it with QL2.1/2/1 bags, you can remove the components on the QL3.1/QL3 to get more space for your bags.

The rack is designed to allow bags with the QL2.1, QL2 or QL1 system to be attached to either the top or down tube. Using the down tube gives you more storage space, as you can then add a basket or Trunk-Bag to the rack.
