Amacx Energy Drink helps replenish energy stores during long training. This drink contains glucose and fructose in a 2:1 ratio. This balance allows your body to absorb up to 90 grams of carbohydrates per hour. In products without this ratio, your body can only absorb 60 grams per hour. This sports drink also contains added sodium and magnesium, which directly support your fluid balance. Available in lemon, wild berry, and grape flavors. This sports drink is recommended by the manufacturer for use when you demand a lot from your body, typically during exertion lasting longer than 2 hours. Use the Energy Drink in combination with other products from the Energy Line. The Energy Drink can be consumed before, during, or after exercise. How to use Mix 31 g of powder (2 level scoops) with 500 ml of water in a water bottle. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds and the sports drink is ready to use. Your sports drink will then contain 30 g of carbohydrates. During exertion, drink 1 bottle per hour. Usage depends on individual carbohydrate and fluid needs. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Store in a cool, dry place, out of reach of small children.
