Combining the soft warmth of merino wool with a full-face design, the Oasis Balaclava is made for anyone who won't let bad weather ruin their day outdoors.
Product features
Offers a medium level of thermal insulation and effective breathability during intense activities in the mountains or in freezing conditions
The overlapping opening ensures better protection in inclement weather and can be easily pulled down under the chin in milder conditions
Small ventilation opening in the mouth area for better breathing and flat seams that prevent skin chafing
Flat seams eliminate uncomfortable chafing and pressure under the helmet

Balaclavas icebreaker
The icebreaker company was founded on a chance encounter when, in 1994, a marketing graduate, Jeremy Moon, met a merino sheep breeder who was using a new technology to produce a fabric with unique functional properties. This fabric did the impossible - it combined the main advantages of synthetic materials (easy maintenance, lightness, quick drying) with the natural advantages of MERINO (warmth, breathability, odour resistance, biodegradability). The company's goal is to build a brand of clothing made from pure New Zealand merino that can stand up to global competition. And this brand has already succeeded. The slogan of the icebreaker company says it all: "We don't make clothes, clothes are born here."
