The Shimano Tiagra FD-R4000 braze-on front derailleur is a road 2x11-speed front derailleur with mechanical control, offering easier shifting on the chainrings with a smooth and natural operation. The Shimano Toggle Link construction, combined with an optimized cage shape, ensures precise and reliable shifting according to the demands of modern road cyclists. The front derailleur is designed for braze-on mounting and is not backward compatible with 11-speed Shimano Dura Ace, Ultegra, and 105 groupsets.
