The Shimano Deore XT SL-M8200-R is a mechanical right-hand shifter for MTB, designed to control a Shimano HyperGlide+ 12-speed rear derailleur. Thanks to Rapidfire Plus technology, it offers fast and precise gear changes even under load, with a shorter lever stroke and clear tactile feedback with every click. The 2-Way Release function allows the lever to be released by thumb or index finger according to your preferred riding style, and multi-shifting facilitates quick downshifts when the trail profile changes suddenly. The clamp mount on the handlebar and thoughtful cable routing help keep the cockpit tidy and ergonomic.
