Magnesium SHOT is a liquid dietary supplement in a 60 ml bottle, which contains a combination of magnesium bisglycinate and magnesium citrate with vitamin B6. Magnesium is one of the essential minerals involved in over 300 enzymatic processes in the human body – from energy production through muscle function to the proper functioning of the nervous system. The liquid form of the shot allows for faster absorption compared to solid forms, as the active ingredients are already in solution and the body does not need to break them down further from the tablet or capsule packaging. The recommended daily dose is 30 ml (half a bottle), which corresponds to 300 mg of elemental magnesium and 5 mg of vitamin B6. The product is sugar-free, suitable for vegans, celiacs, and diabetics, and is produced in Slovakia under strict FSSC 22000 quality control.
