The CeramicSpeed UFO Ultra Endurance Chain KMC XFlat for SRAM 12S+13S is a factory-waxed road and gravel chain with exceptionally long durability and a very quiet, clean run. The special Ultra Endurance WAX developed by an in-house chemist is completely biodegradable and non-toxic, and in laboratory and real-world tests, it enabled rides longer than 1,000 km on a single waxing in changing climates. Before the wax optimization, the chains are carefully selected, cleaned, and run-in at CeramicSpeed's headquarters in Denmark to provide top performance for modern 12- and 13-speed SRAM drivetrains with the XFlat profile.
To maintain maximum efficiency throughout the chain's lifespan, it is recommended to apply CeramicSpeed UFO DRIP All Conditions or Wet Conditions lubricant after approximately 1,000 km. The dry surface film of the wax helps keep the drivetrain clean and contributes to a longer lifespan of the entire drivetrain.
