The CeramicSpeed UFO Ultra Endurance Chain KMC X12 12S is a top-optimized road and gravel chain with a wax treatment for exceptional durability, quiet running, and a clean drivetrain. The special Ultra Endurance WAX, developed by an in-house chemist, is fully biodegradable and non-toxic, and has demonstrated clean and quiet chain operation for over 1000 km on a single application in both laboratory and real-world tests. The chain is pre-prepared at the headquarters in Denmark – thoroughly cleaned, run-in, and then optimized by immersion waxing to provide maximum performance in mixed conditions.
After approximately 1000 km, simply apply CeramicSpeed UFO DRIP All Conditions or Wet Conditions lubricant to maintain top efficiency throughout the rest of the chain's lifespan. The clean, dry surface reduces drivetrain wear and minimizes maintenance requirements.
