The Arione saddle is designed for optimized power transfer with a high degree of freedom of movement for the rider. Its flat geometry stabilizes the pelvic position, while the extended saddle nose allows for effective performance support under high loads, such as in headwinds or on climbs. The side areas with WingFlex technology are elastic and adapt to the movement of the thighs, ensuring unrestricted movement when pedaling even at high cadences and longer load intervals. Reduced, finely tuned padding provides direct feedback from the bike without significantly compromising long-distance comfort. 3D printed padding provides greater support and stability during long races in a forward-leaning, aerodynamic position.
Thanks to the innovative 3D printing technology Adaptive Technology, it was possible to significantly improve the properties of the saddle, which would have been impossible with conventional materials and techniques. The DLS (Digital Light Synthesis) manufacturing process, which uses UV light to cure a mixture of polymer, resin and plastic, allows for the precise generation of four different damping zones. This significantly increases comfort in exposed areas, reduces weight and optimizes freedom of movement. The open honeycomb structure also ensures a high level of breathability, preventing the risk of painful chafing. The saddle has been extensively tested by ambitious athletes and professionals in everyday use and racing to ensure its durability and robustness. To clean, simply rinse with water.
