The Giant Contact SL XR D-Fuse alloy handlebars are designed for gravel bikes and demanding gravel routes. The special D-shaped profile allows the handlebars to flex slightly downwards, effectively absorbing impacts and vibrations, while remaining highly stiff upwards for precise bike control. The widened lower grip increases stability and control in technical terrain, even at high speeds.

Giant was established in 1971 in Taiwan, they are one of the largest bicycle producers in the world. In the beginning, they made bikes for other companies. Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
