The Giant SLR 2 50 DISC rear wheel is designed for versatile use with an emphasis on speed and maneuverability. It uses 50mm high carbon rims with an aerodynamic profile for excellent efficiency on straights and a dynamic ride. The wheel is optimized for modern road bikes with disc brakes and is designed for a 12x142 mm thru axle.

Since 1981 Giant has been supplying the market with bicycles under their name. They were one of the first companies to start mass production of carbon framesets. Liv is their brand for bikes for women offering MTB, road and gravel bikes. Components are also included in their offer as well as wheelsets under the name Cadex (their brand name).
