The Ritchey WCS Beacon XL is an extra-wide gravel and bikepacking handlebar that takes the ergonomic shape of road bars to a new level. The extreme offset of the bottom bracket combined with the large width delivers exceptional stability in the terrain while creating generous space between the levers for bulky handlebar bags and saddlebags. Thanks to the very shallow drop and shorter reach, they allow for comfortable riding in curves without significant forward lean.
The ergonomically shaped upper section provides wide palm support and a gentle angle for a natural hand position when riding "on top". The shape of the arches makes it easy to smoothly change grip without compromising the stability of the bike, which you will especially appreciate with a fully loaded bikepacking set. The handlebars are designed for long adventure expeditions, challenging gravel trails, and everyday riding where comfort and control come first.
