Dobrý deň,
sedlo, rovnako aj iný tovar, je možné vrátiť len pokiaľ nebolo používané. Bohužiaľ, sedlá sú špecifický tovar, nie je to ako oblečenie, ktoré si človek vyskúša aj s vysačkami a ak nesadne, tak ho nepoškodený bez akýchkoľvek známok opotrebenia vráti, avšak reklamačná politika proste nepustí. Po namontovaní takmer akéhokoľvek sedla, na akúkoľvek sedlovku, je možné vidieť, že sedlo bolo namontované, a teda aj jazdené.
Priamo na predajni v Hrádku máme k dispozícii niekoľko testovacích sediel , ktoré je možné pri osobnej návšteve si zapožičať - v prípade záujmu Vám môžeme zaslať celú ponuku. Prípadne výrobca PRO umožňuje vrátenie sedla do 30 dní aj po jeho použití.
