MTBIKER is visited by 400 000 of people per month. We have been operating online since 1998 and are verified by tens of thousands of satisfied customers. In 2022, we launched the MTHIKER portal, which aims to become as integral for tourists and nature lovers, as MTBIKER is for cyclists.

We offer more than 80 000 products from more than 500 verified manufacturers, of which we have roughly half in stock. We regularly expand the offer with new brands. If you do not like the delivered goods, you can return them within 30 days of delivery without giving a reason and file a complaint within 2 years of purchase.

We try to keep our prices low and competitive with foreign e-shops all year round. In addition, you will find attractive promotions and sales throughout the year. If you find an item in our offer somewhere at a better price than ours, reach out to us, and we will try to match it.

Unique customer service and expert advice

We are available from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 via e-mail, chat, phone or in person at our stores. However, we often deal with communication in the evening and on the weekends, if we are not out riding. We all ride bikes or spend our free time in the mountains. Whoever will take care of you will have personal experience with many products and will advise what is suitable for you and your budget - not what we want to sell. Fast delivery and in-person pick-up

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

Your personal data is safe with us - the order process via the e-shop is secured by an encrypted connection, so it is impossible to eavesdrop. If you pay by credit card, you enter its number on the bank's secure website, and we do not have access to it. This versatile Zipp 404 Firecrest rear wheel is designed in a tubeless hookless carbon construction for modern road bikes. Compared to the previous model, it is 370 grams lighter and offers an optimized rim bed that simplifies tire installation. The wheel provides high speed, comfort, and low rolling resistance thanks to its wide rim profile. The new ZR1 DB hub, engineered in Germany, features improved sealing for greater durability and instant response with 66 points of engagement. It is designed for a 12mm thru-axle and has a Centerlock disc mount, with the lockring included. The rear wheel is supplied with a SRAM/Shimano freehub body.

Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. This service gives you more time to think about it and return it, it is not intended for testing the product. Thank you for respecting this.

Extended additional warranty +1 year

As a standard, you can make a complaint about goods purchased from us within the statutory period of 24 months from the delivery of the goods. With the "Extended additional warranty +1 year" service, you will receive 1 additional year of protection after this 24-month period has expired.

The extended additional warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults of manufacturing origin, similar to the standard warranty.
