DT Swiss E 1900 Spline Boost 700c splined wheels
The new freehub Ratchet LN is highly reliable in outrunning yourself and other riders.
The wheels are suitable for very rough surfaces with jumps and stairs up to a height of approx. 120 cm at speeds of 40 km/h. For riders with very good riding skills.
The 1900 Spline is the first step in the DT Swiss MTB line, where the company wanted to achieve reliability while focusing the rider on the given moment of free riding. This is helped by the mentioned Ratchet LN freehub system.
Compared to classic ratchet hubs, which have a small engagement area, the one in the Ratchet system is much larger and all the teeth engage at the same time, which puts a small load on the hub and higher reliability.
The rims on the 1900 Spline are not welded, but are joined by a socket joint - a precision socket insert - which is more efficient to manufacture than a welded rim, but meets the same testing requirements and the added weight is minimal.
The E 532 rims are offshoots of the EX 511, which are known for their high resistance at a low weight of quality aluminum material.
Champion DT wires, made of special steel and with a diameter of 2.0 mm, are reliable and durable spokes that allow every rider to enjoy their time on the trails.
