CushCore was developed as a special foam insert for tires. It divides the volume of the shell into two chambers. The goal is to achieve better driving characteristics than with a normal tubeless system. So it is not just about protection against shell puncture.
CushCore absorbs shocks, prevents the tire walls from collapsing in corners and reduces vibration transmission. It acts as a damping unit for your tires, ensuring a faster and smoother ride.
The system is designed to work with tubeless rims and tires and is compatible with all tubeless sealants.

COMPATIBILITY
CushCore is compatible with all tubeless tires (by size and width)
Can be used with tires 2.1 - 2.6"
Can be used with rim widths of 22 - 35 mm
It is necessary to install tubeless tape in the rim
For better function, it is recommended to use in combination with a tubeless sealant (for example, NoTubes Stans)

LIFETIME
CushCore insoles are highly durable. This prevents significant damage to their structure even after months of use. They do not absorb liquids, so they do not affect the function of tubeless sealants.
