POC Fovea Mid Race Goggles

As a child, Marco Odermatt wanted nothing more than to wear the same kit as his racing idols. Now he is giving young racers who share his dreams a chance. The Marco Odermatt Edition has the exact same design as his own racing suit.

The Fovea Mid Race model was developed for very high speeds of competitive skiing and uses lenses adapted for racing conditions to provide the sharpest possible vision. The goggles are equipped with a Clarity Highly Intense lens, optimized for better contrast and absolute image clarity at high speeds and in a racing environment. In addition, they have dense ventilation foam to prevent excessive airflow at higher speeds.

Product features

The toric lens together with the wide frame shape ensures an unrestricted field of vision, so you can see every detail and react quickly to the track even at extreme speeds.
Hydrophobic and oleophobic Ri-Pel treatment protects the lenses from dirt, water, sweat, salt, oil and dust, and also facilitates cleaning, so your vision is always clear
The outer side of the lens has an anti-scratch treatment that reduces the risk of surface damage for an even clearer image
The inner side of the lens has an anti-fog treatment that helps reduce the formation of fog with increasing riding intensity
Complete protection against harmful UVA and UVB radiation. Dense ventilation foam reduces airflow into the goggles at very high speeds
The lower profile of the Fovea Mid frame provides a better fit on smaller faces and perfectly matches POC junior race helmets
Multi-layer foam ensures a soft and comfortable fit that precisely adapts to the shape of your face
Silicone strips on the inside of the strap help keep the goggles firmly on the helmet
A soft goggle pouch is included, which can also be used as a cleaning cloth

If you are not sure about the size, or if the sizes are different than you would expect, there is an option to order multiple sizes to a brick-and-mortar store, try them on there, and take the one that fits. The advantage is that you receive a notification about it, and therefore they have exactly what you chose. The disadvantage is that you have to make the trip for it, but that cannot be avoided, so OK.

You can buy everything in one place

Communication with the store is very good, and it is also in a quite good location in Banská Bystrica. The goods I ordered were in the central warehouse, and in the afternoon they were already prepared for me at the store. The opening hours are an advantage. So you can still manage to pick up your order even after work. Great for me. Overall, a wide range of goods, there is plenty to choose from.

I am extremely satisfied and recommend this store. The delivery speed is super.

Fast transaction.

I generally like this store very much (in my opinion, the best store in Slovakia), but I would have one suggestion for improvement regarding communication (hence only three stars in this category). Prioritizing emails over phone calls, in my opinion, costs much more time – both for clients and the store's staff. Of course, I am aware that often email is faster, for example, by sending a photo of the component being addressed, or a more detailed breakdown of the problem, but in the vast majority of cases, a call is a faster form of communication.

I have been shopping at this e-shop for 6 years and I am extremely satisfied. Clear website, reasonable prices, perfect communication, no problem with any complaints or returns, help with product selection, short delivery times...., Well-written articles, reviews, service manuals.... In my opinion, MTBiker can be a role model for other online stores
