The ROADFLY is a brand new, pure road running shoe. What we learned in the trails, we have transferred in the 'inov-8' style to the road. Don't expect an over-cushioned, clumsy model. The ROADFLY has dynamic cushioning and, above all, a perfect anatomical fit.
Under the heel is an 18mm layer of POWERFLOW PRO cushioning foam. It is lighter, softer, and more energy-returning than all its predecessors. A 6mm drop is the golden mean for maintaining a natural foot strike and, at the same time, a smooth transition to toe-off.
The single-layer breathable upper hugs the foot securely, providing the necessary dose of stability in key areas. The upper is stretched over the WIDE last, the widest one. It offers ample space for proper toe movement, especially the big toe during toe-off.
