The MUDTALON ZERO v2 is a nimble cross-country shoe for wet and muddy environments with zero drop. The zero drop allows for the most natural foot strike and helps you fully utilize your running potential.
The upper of the shoe has everything you need for challenging terrain. The new design of the upper reinforcements ensures even firmer and more reliable fixation of the midfoot. The rubberized toe bumper also contributes to higher durability, with four newly added grooves for better water and dirt drainage. The slimmer and lightly padded tongue adds a feeling of lightness and agility to the shoe.
The narrow 'precision' fit (width 95 mm in UK 8) is anatomically shaped but offers increased space for the big toe, which is necessary for a correct and natural push-off.
The super-critical FLYSPEED PRO cushioning foam with nitrogen infusion excels in its energy return, softness, and doesn't add unnecessary grams to the shoe. 12 millimeters of cushioning foam combined with a 6-millimeter BOOMERANG insole provides sufficient comfort over various distances.
The midsole is complemented by a flexible META PLATE reinforcement, protecting against sharp rocks. All this without losing the shoe's flexibility.
8 mm high studs dig into the mud and will support you even in the muddiest conditions. The soft STICKY GRIP rubber has improved traction, especially on wet rocks. With MUDTALONS on your feet, you will have confidence even in the slipperiest terrain.
