The Down Sweater Vest from Patagonia is perfect for almost any activity, whether it's mountain hiking, ski touring, or everyday wear in a snowy city. The vest is made from durable NetPlus® material, which is made of 100% recycled nylon. It comes from recycled fishing nets that pollute the oceans. This windproof material also boasts a Ripstop finish, which contributes to greater tensile strength, and a DWR water-repellent finish. With this material, you don't have to worry about the vest tearing on the first contact with a rock. However, if it does happen, don't despair, as the package includes patches that allow you to easily and quickly repair the vest.Maximum thermal comfort is ensured by 800 fill power down insulation with RDS certification. The warmth is also enhanced by a drawstring hood with a high collar, elasticated cuffs, and a drawstring hem, which helps reduce heat loss. You can store your belongings in two warm hand pockets or internal zippered chest pockets, which also serve as a stuff sack to pack the entire jacket. It can also boast Fair Trade Certified™ certification, which ensures fair conditions and pay.
