Fast delivery and in-person pick-up

We ship products in stock on the same day as the order arrives (or the next working day if the order arrives after 12:00) and are delivered on the next working day. For products not in stock, we always inform you about the actual date of shipment. We send orders by courier, for in-person pick-up in our stores or in one of thousands of pick-up points and post offices throughout Slovakia. Here you will find details about delivery options.

A Norwegian brand with a century-old tradition, founded in 1908 by the gifted inventor Ole Bergan and businessman Sverre Young. They started with the production of backpacks, which are still the flagship of the brand. The quality of the Bergans brand was successfully tested by Roald Amundsen when he conquered the South Pole in 1912. Currently, the Bergans brand offers a complete range of clothing, sleeping bags, tents, backpacks, canoes and accessories. It offers equipment suitable for skiing, ski mountaineering, hiking, as well as urban fashion for everyday and leisure time. The products stand out for their originality, functionality and practicality. Bergans manufactures from the highest quality materials available. As one of the two brands in the world, it uses the most modern Dermizax NX membrane for its products. Bergans owns patents for a number of its products and the products are unique in their categories on a global scale (e.g. SPINE backpack system).

Extended returns up to 100 days

As standard, you can return your purchased goods within 30 days. With the ”Extended Return” service, you get an additional 70 days, during which you can decide whether the product suits you and meets your expectations.

Extended returns are very useful, especially when you are buying a gift in advance, you are not sure about your choice or the recipient needs more time to try it on. If you want to be more certain and not rush into making a decision, we recommend that you use this additional service.

How does it work?

Add the product you are interested in to your cart.
In the cart, for a given product, check the "Extended return of goods up to 100 days" service. You will see the fee for this service directly here, which always depends on the price and type of a specific product.
The service is activated immediately after payment of the order and the 100-day period begins the moment you receive your order.
If you want to return the goods, follow the standard procedure and do so within 100 days. We will refund your money or issue you a voucher - depending on your preference.

The “Extended Return” service does not change the statutory 14-day withdrawal period, but is a voluntarily provided extra service. As with the standard return period, the goods must be returned undamaged and in the original packaging. Even though there is a small amount of goods for immediate collection, there is fast delivery to the store + excellent prices

It's not the first thing bought at MTbiker, nor the last. I'm satisfied with everything. I place an order in the evening, it arrives in the morning @ the order is waiting for the courier and I have it the next day. After registering, you collect loyalty points which determine the discount amount on the website. Everything is nicely recorded: order history, ordered products... and I also have experience with returning goods because I ordered incorrectly, there was no problem.
