Created for long-distance treks. The ROCFLY concept builds on the successful TRAILFLY ultra-trail shoe and takes it into the world of long-distance treks, speed hiking, and fast mountain movement in general. Now also in a waterproof version with a GTX membrane.



Like the TRAILFLY, the ROCFLY also stands on a massive midsole made of G-FLY graphene foam. Cushioning and comfort are undoubtedly key and at the same time the most sought-after features of running and trekking shoes. When worn for long-distance treks, this is doubly true, because with increasing kilometers, there is nothing better than keeping your feet in maximum comfort. However, when moving in terrain, besides comfort, you also need maximum stability and the ability to read the terrain to avoid sprains or falls. That's why we used the patented ADAPTER FLEX technology in the ROCFLY - a 10mm deep cut in the middle part of the cushioning, which radically increases the flexibility of the entire shoe and thus its ability to perceive the terrain. The 6 mm drop, which supports the natural foot movement, also plays an important role here.



Another revolutionary innovation is the G-FLY cushioning foam. The world's first cushioning material with graphene. Graphene is a Nobel Prize-winning material. 200x stronger than steel, yet maximally flexible and extremely light. The combination of foam and graphene has allowed us to achieve such high values in durability and energy return that many other shoes cannot boast of.



It would be hard to find a better foundation for a shoe designed to conquer tens to hundreds of kilometers of varied terrain.



The outsole is based on the proven TERRA ULTRA concept. The basic shape of the studs is very similar, but their spacing differs. Our goal was maximum support for the flexibility of the entire shoe without sacrificing any of the top-class grip designed for universal trails. The ROCFLY is not afraid of long traverses on asphalt and will support you on rocky scree or technical forest terrain.



The main differences between TRAILFLY and ROCFLY are found in the upper. Unlike the TRAILFLY, which is a running shoe, the ROCFLY can afford to not save on materials for the sake of weight and fully focus on supporting stability and durability.



The upper remains on the widest last, Standard (width 5 out of 5 on our scale, where 5 means the widest possible fit), but instead of lightweight fabric, it is made of a highly durable structured knit. It breathes very well and dries quickly. Moreover, it precisely and comfortably hugs the foot with almost indestructible durability, further enhanced by a massive rand and reinforcement around the laces.



The result is a highly durable and great-fitting shoe in which you don't have to be afraid to venture even hundreds of kilometers into the wilderness, where any material failure means a fatal problem.



The ROCFLY 350 version has a classic low fit and, compared to the TRAILFLY running version, differs mainly in higher mechanical durability and more stable foot anchoring. The 50 grams is then a very small price to pay for such a significant improvement in functional properties that you will appreciate on a trek.
