Summit to Eat Bolognese Pasta Big Pack freeze-dried meal, 217 g/1003 kcal
Delicious pasta with bolognese sauce.Pasta (wheat) (30%), tomatoes, tomato paste, minced beef (12%), onion, beef broth, rapeseed oil, minced garlic, Italian herb mix, salt.
Preparation:
1. Tear open the top of the bag.
2. Remove the oxygen absorber (non-toxic iron-based sachet that absorbs moisture).
3. Pour hot water into the bag (small pack 300 ml/big pack 480 ml) and stir.
4. Close the bag and let the contents rehydrate.
5. Stir after 8 minutes, season to taste if necessary.
The meal can be eaten directly from the bag or served onto a plate as needed.

What are the advantages of freeze-dried food?
Appearance – freeze-dried foods retain their original shape and structure, unlike air-dried foods which shrink and shrivel due to high processing temperatures. Just add water and within minutes, the food returns to its original form.

For example, 10 kg of strawberries weigh only 1 kg after freeze-drying - one-tenth of their original weight! However, they can quickly rehydrate back to their original weight.
Long shelf life – freeze-dried foods can be stored for several years at room temperature without any damage or spoilage. Shelf life 7 years from the date of manufacture.
Low storage costs - because they can be stored at room temperature, they do not require expensive cold or refrigerated storage spaces, making storage much cheaper.
