You can enjoy riding Black Crows in all snow conditions
Bruno Compagnet and Camille Jaccoux, two icons of the racing world of freeriding, the Freeride World Tour race. Bruno – the first European ever to win the Freeride World Championship in Alaska. Camille - former member of the French ski team, stunt double of James Bond. They met in Chamonix and one evening over a beer, they agreed that the market simply lacked skis with which they could go down from Aigulle du Midi to Chamonix. Ones that would work great on all types of snow typical of European slopes - from hard, blown top, to powder, to wet firn in the valley.A year later, they introduced the first corvus skis, which brought a completely unique shape to the freeriding world under the Black Crows brand, and with it a new standard. They are committed to the fact that every single ski must meet the conditions of great riding properties on all types of snow.
Black crows skis for a perfect riding experience
The reason for the excellent riding properties of the entire collection of black crows skis is primarily their unique shape. The skis are perfectly tuned based on many years of experience and constant testing of the prototype of each ski directly in the mountain conditions of Chamonix, which lasts 2-3 seasons. The alchemy of their production lies in a balanced combination of profile, flex, ski cut and used materials.Behind the unique shape of black crows skis is Julien Regnier - an Olympic finalist from Nagano, who is currently considered the best shaper of skis in the world. Together with a team of other great riders, he works tirelessly to ensure that black crows skis with each new collection get something extra to the already excellent riding properties.
A unique design that never gets old
When we put the first corvus ski from 2007 next to a piece from the last collection, it's hard to guess which one is old and which is new. In short, black crows skis are timeless, ageless, have been and will be elegant, and you will never get lost in a crowd with them.Behind their unique style is the prestigious Parisian design studio Yorg Tloupas, who is also one of the founders of the brand. Their 17/18 collection was included in the collection of the Museum of Modern Art in Paris.
Skiing is about people, mountains, emotions and experiences.
