The rechargeable Fenix HM65R headlamp is characterized by a light magnesium alloy construction, high resistance to water and falling, a unique design with two reflectors and a total output of up to 1400 lumens. One reflector creates a well-focused light beam with an afterglow of up to 163 meters, and the other reflector has a very wide and continuous light trail. The luminous flux of the remote reflector is up to 1000 lumens, the reflector with a wide cone offers a maximum output of 400 lumens and a neutral shade of light. The control of both LEDs is independent of each other, the light from both reflectors can be combined arbitrarily to achieve a luminous flux of up to 1400 lumens. The remote reflector offers four lighting levels and the wide reflector three. For power, it uses one Li-ion battery type 18650 with a capacity of 3400 mAh, which is included in the package and is charged via a modern USB-C connector directly in the headlamp. In case of emergency, the headlamp can be powered by two disposable CR123A batteries.

The headlamp is made of magnesium alloy, which is one third lighter than aluminum. Its construction is fully dustproof and waterproof to a depth of 2 meters according to the IP68 standard, and also shockproof when dropped from a height of 2 meters. The headlamp is also equipped with a function to extend the endurance. During prolonged use of individual light modes, the headlamp gradually reduces power in small steps to achieve a longer lighting time. The optional light cone shape makes this model one of the best and most versatile rechargeable headlamps on the market. Fenix HM65R headlamp parameters:

• The light source in the long reflector is LED Cree XM-L2 U2, the source in the wide reflector is Cree XP-G2 R5 with a warmer shade of light, both with a lifetime of 50,000 hours of light.

• The long-distance reflector creates a light cone with an afterglow of 163 meters (6677 cd), the wide reflector shines up to a distance of 55 meters (762 cd).

• The headlamp is supplied with a rechargeable Li-ion battery 18650 with a capacity of 3400mAh.

• Any Fenix 18650 rechargeable Li-ion battery from our offer can be purchased as a spare battery.

• Alternatively, two disposable CR123A lithium batteries can be used for power supply (do not try to charge them in the headlamp).

• Due to the mechanical protection against polarity reversal, the positive pole of the accumulator must be exposed. Older Fenix batteries with a flat plus pole cannot therefore be used.

• Digital power regulation with the function of extending the endurance, indication of the state of charge of the accumulator.

The use:

The battery may have a black insulating cap from the factory. Remove it from the battery before first use.

The remote reflector is switched on by holding down the right button (approx. 0.5 sec), the wide reflector is switched on by holding down the left button (0.5 sec). Light functions are switched by briefly pressing the corresponding button. After switching off, the headlamp remembers the last set mode. Both reflectors can be switched on at the same time.

Battery charge status indication - after a short press of any button (headlight must be switched off), the LED battery charge status indicator between the buttons is activated. Four lit LEDs mean that the battery is more than 80% charged, three lit LEDs 60-80%, two lit LEDs 40-60%, one 20-40% and one blinking means the battery is less than 20% charged.

The control buttons can be locked to prevent spontaneous activation, e.g. when transporting in luggage - in the switched off state, press both buttons and hold them for at least 3 seconds, then the headlight will flash, indicating that it is locked. To unlock, it is necessary to hold both buttons again for three seconds.

Warning about the discharged battery - when the voltage drops below a certain limit, the headlamp automatically switches to a lowerAz accumulator lemerült - töltse fel vagy szüljeje ki.ho power mode, if the battery status indicator starts flashing during lighting, the battery is almost discharged.

Charging - open the cover of the USB-C connector and plug in the included charging cable, plug the other end of the cable into a computer, power bank or USB adapter into the mains or car (not included in the package). During charging, the status LEDs show the charging progress. After charging is complete, all four light up. Charging a completely discharged battery takes about 2.5 hours.

Notice:

• Do not disassemble the sealed parts yourself, this will void the warranty.

• Use only high-quality Li-ion 18650 batteries, if using disposable CR123A batteries, do not try to charge them in the headlamp.

• If the headlamp flashes, does not switch to higher power modes, or does not light up, it may be for one of the following reasons:

  • The battery is discharged - charge it or replace it.

  • The contacts inside the battery case are clogged - clean them with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol.
