Climbing Technology Alp Loop stitched loop, red
ALP LOOP is a stitched loop made of dynamic rope, which, compared to a classic loop made of dyneema, is able to reduce the impact force transmitted to the user or the stand during a fall. This makes it ideal for building evenly balanced stands in traditional multi-length trails, as a stop for belaying on a stand and roping, or as a loop for building natural stands on a loop, clock and tree.
It fully meets the requirements of the UIAA 109 BELAY LANYARD standard, that the rope loop can withstand three consecutive falls with a factor of 2, and that the maximum fall force of the first fall is less than 10 kN.
