The functional WESTALPEN SWISSWOOL JACKET W for women with SWISSWOOL® insulation (90 g/m2 on the body, 60 g/m2 on the sleeves and hood) insulates heat even when wet and has excellent thermoregulatory properties. The outer material, Pertex® Quantum Diamond Fuse, which is water and wind resistant, also prevents heat loss. The cut of the jacket with an extended back and sleeves is specifically designed for high comfort during climbing.
Thoughtful cut
The ORTOVOX WESTALPEN SWISSWOOL JACKET W has an ergonomic cut designed for active movement, especially for climbing in the mountains. It has extended sleeves and torso, so it won't ride up even when climbing challenging mixed routes. The two-way central zipper ensures comfortable belaying even if you just throw the jacket on when at the belay station. The higher collar and elasticated cuffs and waist adjustment also contribute to increased thermal comfort. Two spacious pockets are placed higher so they can be accessed even with a backpack hip belt fastened, and there is one internal chest pocket for valuables.Made for mountain climbing
