3-layer DRILITE ® membrane
ODYSSEY MITT mittens are made of 3-layer DRILITE ® membrane. Thanks to this, they weigh almost nothing, but they are waterproof and breathable. This great piece is worth having ready in your backpack at all times. Once the weather kicks in, you're dry.DRILITE ® is a hydrophilic, monolithic polyurethane membrane that has all three important properties – water resistance, breathability and abrasion resistance. Its water column is 20,000 mm, and in terms of breathability, water vapor permeability reaches a value of 20,000 g/sqm/24. The membrane works on the principle of transporting water vapor through the molecular structure of the membrane and at the same time forms a barrier against the passage of water molecules from the outside. The advantage of this membrane is its low weight and good packability.
