The Dropline model was designed by Salewa's research and development team in Monetebellun with an emphasis on shock absorption.
It is characterized by a lightweight construction made of air mesh and a completely waterproof GORE-TEX® Extended Comfort lining for optimized breathability.
The S-Path design supports fast, smooth and natural rolling during fast, dynamic hiking, plus a more efficient heel-to-toe transition for energy savings.
High-performance EVA midsole provides lightweight cushioning and comfort, minimizing impact force on joints and muscles.
Underfoot, the rounded Pomoca sole works well with good traction in alpine terrain.
To protect your feet , the Salewa 3F system, EXA Shell and anti-rock heel support the foot in place and ensure the required lateral stability.
Inside, a breathable OrthoLite insole provides additional cushioning and moisture-wicking comfort.
The Dropline is a mainstream speed hiking shoe for mountain enthusiasts who want to move longer, faster and more comfortably in alpine terrain in a cushioning shoe with a protective, precise, wrap-around fit for safer and longer speed hikes.
