In hot weather, you will appreciate the highly breathable AirScape™ back system. The hip belt ensures support and comfort when carrying heavier loads. In addition, there is a zippered pocket for small items in each part of the waist belt. There are two more zipped pockets in the lid of the backpack, one has access from the upper back part, the other is hidden under the lid, it is made of mesh and also has a carabiner for keys. If you are going on a trip with hiking poles, you will definitely appreciate the unique Stow-on-the-Go System™ for attaching poles to your backpack. You simply put the poles through two elastic loops - one loop is on the backpack and the other on the shoulder strap - and you can take them out again just as easily and quickly. In addition, this backpack offers a side entry to the main part of the backpack with a zipper.
