Stretchy and quick-drying EXOLITE softshell

EXOLITE 210 is a material developed exclusively for the Mountain Equipment clothing collection. It is highly breathable and wind-resistant. During development, emphasis was placed, among other things, on the abrasion resistance of the material, which is truly important in demanding mountaineering conditions. The result is a very pleasant-to-touch material guaranteeing first-class protection. The EXOLITE 210 softshell material is also treated with a DWR (Durable Water Repellent) finish, which provides basic protection against drizzle or light rain.

Comfortable fit for long hikes

The IBEX MOUNTAIN PANT trousers have an Alpine Fit cut, which precisely meets the requirements of long hikes and extended stays in the mountains. The trousers have a slightly wider cut, and there are zippers at the ankles, which allow you to adjust the width of the trousers for any type of mountaineering boots. The bottom hem has a channel for tightening the trousers with an elastic cord (which is not included with the trousers).

Five pockets and an integrated belt

On the IBEX MOUNTAIN PANT trousers, you will find five zippered pockets – two front, one back, and two on the thighs. The thigh pockets have mesh lining inside and also serve as ventilation openings during strenuous ascents.

The trousers have an integrated belt for better waist adjustment. The waistband is lined with microfleece on the inside, which adds even more comfort to the trousers. At the same time, it absorbs sweat dripping from your back, preventing it from running further down your legs.
