Women's freeride pants ORTOVOX GUARDIAN SHELL PANTS W are designed for the most demanding skiers and freeriders. Whether you want high comfort, maximum durability, unrestricted movement, long life, you don't have to compromise with the ORTOVOX GUARDIAN SHELL PANTS W. From the inside, you will feel the merino wool, which absorbs moisture into its core and keeps you warm even when wet. The high waist with merinoprene keeps the pants in place and protects even more from the snow. Durable pants with stretch material and taped seams will allow you to enjoy every curve.

  • 3-layer, waterproof, 100% windproof and highly breathable DERMIZAX®EV material treated with water-repellent DWR treatment.
  • The entire trousers are lined with 100% merino wool - for maximum comfort.
  • The material is stretchable in four directions.
  • Loose cut for comfortable layering and unrestricted movement in powder.
  • Adjustable extra high waist - velcro fastening on the sides, straps loops - nothing will weigh you down even in combination with a climbing harness. The belt fastens with a metal stud.
  • Anatomically shaped knee area - fits better and does not restrict your movement.
  • The two front pockets are ideal for small items such as keys and a wallet.
  • There are two 3D pockets on the thighs, in which you can store, for example, a scarf or spare gloves.
  • One back pocket.
  • Zipper ventilation holes on the sides - along with excellent breathability, they improve air circulation.
  • On the inside of the pants there are integrated covers for ski boots, which ensure maximum protection against the ingress of snow.
  • The lower part of the pants is reinforced with Dyneema® and Cordura® materials to resist the edges of skis or cats.

Free movement and robust construction

ORTOVOX 3L GUARDIAN SHELL PANTS W are made of a durable three-layer membrane. They have a perfect cut that fits you easily and are stretchable in all four directions, allowing maximum freedom of movement. The unique technology with a lining made of merino wool will surprise you with its pleasantness, it does not stick to the skin, wicks away moisture from the body, warms even when wet and provides high comfort and a feeling of dryness.

For a perfect and safe ride

The ORTOVOX GUARDIAN SHELL PANTS W have a raised waist with merinoprene that holds the body and does not come off. To ensure that the trousers are well fixed and do not fall during dynamic driving, you can tighten them with the elastic Fix-system - tightened via the wide, non-pressing side drawstring at the waist. The higher waist also protects you better from snow and even if you fall, the snow will not get under your pants. Ski boot covers are integrated on the inside of the pants, so the protection of the legs is as good as it can be.

This legendary German company named Ortovox has been specializing in challenging mountain activities since 1980. They became popular, thanks to their avalanche transceiver ORTOVOX F2. It had a double frequency transceiver for searching avalanche victims. Except for safety systems and finders, they also offer apparel, backpacks, shovels, probes, and other freeride and alpine equipment.
