The Cimonega jacket uses a combination of two top-notch insulating materials, which are strategically placed according to the needs of different parts of the body.
✔ PrimaLoft® Gold Active (40 g/m²) – located on the shoulders, sleeves and hood, provides high thermal insulation at extremely low weight. This material retains warmth even in wet conditions, while remaining breathable and flexible. ✔ Octa fleece (100 g/m²) - used in the torso area where better breathability and more effective moisture wicking are needed. This material perfectly regulates body temperature and ensures a feeling of dryness even during intense performance. ✔ The overall construction ensures even heat distribution, so you won't overheat or feel cold in any part of the jacket.
Windproof and windproof outer material for protection in inclement weather
✔ Lightweight but extremely durable polyamide material provides protection from light rain and strong winds. ✔ PFC-free DWR finish ensures water and dirt repellency, increasing the jacket's functionality in demanding conditions. ✔ Abrasion resistance - the material is strong enough to handle contact with climbing equipment, a backpack or rocks.
Ergonomic cut and maximum freedom of movement

✔ Anatomically shaped sleeves allow full range of motion when climbing, trekking or ski mountaineering. ✔ Tight enough for effective layering under a hardshell jacket, but loose enough to be worn comfortably as a separate layer. ✔ Lightweight, compact and packable - fits perfectly in a backpack and doesn't take up much space.
Functional hood for extra protection against wind and cold
The hood is designed for use with a helmet, making it ideal for technical climbing and alpine ascents.
