Waterproof membrane DERMIZAX® NX
DERMIZAX® NX is a non-porous membrane manufactured by the Japanese company Torey. Ease of maintenance, long service life and pleasant lining are the main reasons why you should be interested in this membrane. Despite its low weight, it has excellent breathability and water resistance. Taped seams offer maximum water resistance and the entire jacket has a water-repellent DWR treatment.

Premium materials and processing
The ORTOVOX WESTALPEN 3L LIGHT JACKET has a new HIGH-PERFORMANCE cut. The shape under the armpits is refined and does not restrict even during difficult climbing movements, when you need maximum freedom. Ergonomic cut and two-way stretch material will allow you unrestricted movement even in the most demanding alpine terrain.
Ergonomic and practical mountaineering jacket
The ergonomically shaped sleeves can be pulled down using Velcro cuffs. The belt and hood compatible with the climbing helmet can be pulled down with integrated laces. The drawstrings are hidden in the tunnels, so they won't bother you in the wind.
- The jacket has two large pockets in which you can hide a map, topo and other necessary things.
- The pockets are raised, so you can get into them through the waist belt of the backpack or the seat harness.
- The inside of the pockets is made of mesh and the pockets can also serve as ventilation holes.
- All seams are taped with thin tape, for the lowest possible weight with maximum functionality.
- Along the main zip there is a vent that wicks away moisture and keeps you dry. The main zipper of the jacket is two-way, which you will appreciate when working with a safety belt.
High and comfortable collar
The collar is high so that even when looking up , your face is perfectly protected. On the inside of the collar (on the chin and behind the neck) you will find 120 MERINO TEC wool material, which is very pleasant to the touch and absorbs moisture well.

If you discover a manufacturing defect, be it a fraying seam, external fraying or a non-functioning zipper, just send the product to us and we will take care of its repair, replacement or refund.
