Men's waterproof jacket MAKALU MEN'S JACKET is made of the new ecological membrane ePE from the company GORE-TEX. This jacket is very light and at the same time very durable for all-day wear in demanding mountain conditions even with a heavy backpack on your back . With the Alpine Fit cut, you will have no problem layering your clothes sufficiently in cold weather. In addition, it does not contain PFCs, so it is environmentally friendly.
- 3-layer GORE-TEX ePE with fiber strength 75D treated with water-resistant DWR treatment without PFC , the ePE membrane does not contain PFC and the face fabric is recycled - low carbon footprint.
- Mountain HC hood – hood compatible with a helmet and fully adjustable for wearing without a helmet.
- Alpine Fit jacket cut - looser cut for unrestricted movement.
- Pre-shaped sleeves with beveled bottom hem and velcro fastening. The top of the shoulders and sleeves is made of one piece that stretches from the neck to the wrist. It is supplemented with small inserts that give it a perfect shape and functionality.
- Waterproof smooth seams (you won't see any threads on the outside) - they last much longer (seams don't unravel), eliminate the absorption of moisture through the threads, they are additionally taped with waterproof tapes.
- Two-way central YKK® Aquaguard® zipper with inner leg and snap button on the bottom - When securing, you unzip the lower part of the jacket and secure it with a snap button under the guard . That way, the jacket won't get in the way when working with the rope.
- Adjusting the circumference of the lower hem with a string. Separate cord for pulling the front and back parts, so that there is no danger of getting caught in the carabiner when you attach it to the material eye of the seat harness.
The MAKALU MEN'S JACKET membrane jacket is largely made of recycled 3-layer GORE-TEX material, thanks to which it provides long-term and reliable protection against the elements. In addition, it is ecological and has many practical elements such as:
- 2 large hand pockets with YKK ® WR zippers.
- Napoleon chest pocket with YKK ® WR zipper.
- Laminated laser-cut inner chest pocket for valuables with YKK ® zipper .
- Underarm ventilation with YKK ® WR zippers.
